A Research and Critical Study of the Labor Laws Approved by the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in the Context of Sharia

Abstract

Labor is the key to success in life. It is a basic thing required to be successful life. We cannot imagine success or achievement in life without labor. We dream, desire but it is the labor which turns our dreams into reality. There is no religion or ideology except Islam, which guarantees the rights of the workers. Thus, all kinds of bills have been approved by the Punjab Provincial Assembly for the rights of workers. Despite this, the conditions of the workers are not improving. The reason for this is that either there are some weaknesses in these approved laws or there is an obstacle in their implementation. The biggest reason is that the workers are not aware of the laws made for their rights. The main purpose of this article is to protect the rights of the working class and highlight their issues.
